Hans-Georg Nimitz (b. 1670 AN) is a Weisenburger politician and lawyer who currently serves as Chancellor of the United Principalities. Born to a Saxon-speaking family in the Craitish dominion of Zandarijn, Nimitz served on the city council of his hometown Oudorp (now known as Altdorf) from 1690 AN-1724 AN. After becoming a close friend and confidant to one Ludwig von Heida-Weisse in the early 1720s, he went on to be appointed the first Chancellor of the UPC by the Proclamation of Weisenburg.

He would be appointed as Chancellor by Kaiser Ludwig in 1725 AN, and he would go on to found the Conservative-Nazarene Union (or KNU). During his term as Chancellor, he saw the expansion of the UPC's economy, military, and government. In 1735 AN, Nimitz would announce his retirement from the Chancellorship and endorse the new KNU leader Konstantin Tiedemann, who would go on to win the 1735 election. Chancellor Tiedemann would go on to appoint Nimitz Minister of Domestic Affairs in his cabinet.
