The Worshipful Benacian General Oil Company of Rothaven, t/a the Benacian General Oil Company, BGOLC, and Bengol Fuels is a liveried company that received its charter from the Rothaven chapter of the Guild of Factors on 8.XIV.1716 AN.

The company was initially founded by a consortium of investors brought together to purchase the infrastructure associated with the Rothaven terminal of the South Benacian Pipeline. By 1729 AN, the company controlled three oil refineries located in Rothaven with a combined capacity of 820,000 bbl/d (130,000 m3/d) and 100 petrol stations within the Governorate of Lachmeren.

In addition to the Rothaven facilities, the Benacian General Oil Company established in the period 1717 AN1728 AN the following strategic oil depots geared towards supplementing Sanaman crude imports with differing Euran blends:

  • Port Benacia: Receiving terminal for "Aqabamax" oil tankers, four oil reservoirs with a total capacity of 6,000 cubic metres. Connecting marine pipeline to Rothaven;
  • Zolt (Ransenar): 1200-acre site, marine receiving terminal, connected to oil refinery with annual processing capacity of 5.5 million tonnes (108,000 barrels per day). Petroleum storage and distribution terminal.
