The state of Pahak is known for its culture of delicacy as most who live here are of Yewlangese descent.

The dish is mainly known due to its long lasting smell in a mans mouth as it usually fills up your stomach quickly as you order side dishes such as Chicken Tukyat, cucumber mixed dinh and other special local bites there for a discount price as you order with the rice. Most tourists travel to Pahak just to try this infamous dish which is a Dauian lunchtime favourite.
