Apollonian-Benacian Cooperation and Development Economic Agreement

between

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth; The Sanaman Union of People’s Republics; Hurmu; The Republic of Cisamarra; The County of Highpass

Article I

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth, the Sanaman Union of People’s Republics, Hurmu, the Republic of Cisamarra and the County of Highpass (hereafter the Parties) agree to this Apollonian-Benacian Cooperation and Development Economic Agreement (hereafter the ABCDEA).

Article II

The Parties agree to remove all tariffs and duties on the trade of all goods between two or more of the Parties, with the exceptions listed in Article III. The Parties also agree to the free flow of capital between the Parties, and that companies from one or more Parties may establish themselves freely in the other Parties, in accordance with local commercial law.

Article III

This ABCDEA does not apply to the following categories of goods:

1. I-1 Live animals;
2. II-1 Live plants;
3. Categories that are from time to time exempt by one or more Parties due to national security concerns.

Article IV

The Parties agree to begin a process of economic integration, aimed at creating a common South Benacian market for goods and capital. The Parties also agree to establish a common mechanism for the future inclusion of services and workers in the ABCDEA and the common market.

Article V

This agreement can be amended by unanimous consent of all State Parties.

Article VI

Any Party may leave this agreement by notifying the Imperial Republic of Shireroth of their intent. This agreement will cease to apply one year after Shireroth receives such a notice.
