Everstone is a governorate of the Sovereign Confederation. Named for Ryker Everstone, its borders follow the White Elwynn south to Kingsgate and the Kingsweep Tributary. The governorate has no major cities or even many towns, thanks in large part due to the fiercely independent rural population's preference towards living on the many small manorial plantations that dot the agrarian landscape. This independent streak is also demonstrated in the enshrined right of landowners to operate all river harbors in the constituent bailiwicks.
