The two surrounding leafs symbolise the people, who work hardly to uphold the state, with the red decorations on theese leafs symbolising the eagerness of the people to defend communism.
Inside the emblem, the red background is to symbolise the state. The hammer and sickle symbolises communism, and it is the central element of the emblemm. The rising sun represents the dawn of a new day for Micras.
