The National Revenue Authority (Abbreviation: NRA) is a statutory board of the Government of Ransenar that falls under the jurisdiction of the Ransenari Ministry of Economy and Finance. The NRA serves as Ransenar's national revenue service and taxation authority, responsible for the intake of most government revenue, including taxes and sometimes non-tax revenue. Part of the Authority's powers includes investigation of tax evasion and carrying out audits. The National Revenue Authority is led by a Secretary of National Revenue, appointed by the Minister of Economy and Finance.
As of 1679 AN, the Minister of Economy and Finance is Soroush Karimi (IDP). The Secretary of National Revenue is Phillip Bonhomme.
Since the accession of Ransenar to the Benacian Union in 1711 AN, NRA has cooperated closely with the Commission for the Sacred Treasury of the High Presidium of the Benacian Union.
