SanOil is the Sanaman public oil company. It is governed as a public enterprise rather than a cooperative, but under Sanaman law workers still have extensive rights. As a public enterprise, all profits not reinvested in the company or new ventures are transferred to the Universal Basic Income Fund. SanOil has a monopoly on oil extraction in mainland Sanama and several concessions in the Sanaman Antarctic Territory. It also owns and operates the South Benacian Pipeline as a subsidiary.
