Kalisa Passikaans (The Passikaan Guard), a local defence force established by tribal groups in the Shirerithian county of Highpass following the evacuation of forces loyal to the Imperial Regency and Sanama from the territory during the Kalirion Fracture. An opponent of the Istvanistani Patriotic Army whose territorial range it has largely succeeded in restricting to the southern borderlands with Sanama.
