PAGENAME (企鵝石, sometimes transliterated as Kigaseki; Saxon: Penguinfels; "penguin rock") is a lordship in the province of Asara Eliana (Whales, Natopia). Its lordship is vested in Mina Penguinwaffels.

Succession
In 1696, Kir wrote in his will that upon his demise, the lordship of Kigazeki will pass to his second-eldest son, Jirō, as Ichirō, the eldest would inherit the principality. This happened in 1703 upon the untimely death of Kir.

Jirō issued a will in 1713 in which he stipulated that succession to the lordship of Kigazeki would be vested in his legitimate descendants, without discrimination of gender, under the principle of absolute primogeniture, and in the event of his line being extinct it would pass to the legitimate descendants of his father. In 1743, Jirō abdicated the lordship in favour of his daughter, Mina.

As such the order of succession is as follows (as of 1743):

#Yukio, her cousin
#Sechigu, her cousin
#Sehoshi, her cousin
#Enhei, her aunt
#Ytro, her cousin
#Anastasia, her cousin
