Seasons run from late August to late April, with teams playing 21 matches each, totalling 147 matches in the season.

There is only promotion in the league, the top two of the North and South leagues are then put into a playoff to determine which 2 teams are promoted into the [[Daau Premier League]].

The Daau League (Daau: Liga Daau) is a Dauian professional football league and is the 3rd tier of Dauian football in the Dauian Football Pyramid.
