Altstadt, formerly known as Stadt Sankt Ludwigshafen, is a city in the jurisdiction of Sankt Rosa in the Confoederatio Aemilia that was the birthplace of the Republic of Sankt Ludwigshafen. The city has lost much of its former glory and has been reduced to a sleepy provincial town.
