Lesbain, gay, and transgender rights are rights enshrined by the modern Aerlan constitution. For centuries, religiously conservative governments held sway over the lands of current day Aerla, influencing societal views on sexual orientation and identity. It was the job of the new Aerlan government to create laws in order to insure the rights for LGBT citizens.
Under the Aerlan constitution, Article 3.2 states:
“All Aerlan citizens are granted the dignity of non-discrimination based on sexual identity or orientation under the common law”
