The Cerulean National League is the governing body of the sport of hockey in Cerulea at a national, professional level. It consists of 2 Conferences, 4 Divisions and a total of 16 teams. The CNL organization is part of the broader People's Committee of the CNL, itself an internal committee of The Commissariat for National Sportsmanship.
