Travel Guide Format is the preferred format for wiki articles on nations, provinces, and cities. It's intended to present an in-world characterization of geographical features allowing a consistent set of links from the main map. Travel Guide Format is loosely based on Wikitravel
Articles in Travel Guide Format should have some or all of the following sections, in the following order:
- Summary
- History
- Geography
- Transportation
- Famous Places/Attractions
- Famous Foods/Products/Activities
- Cultural Tips
The Examplestan article is a good...example...of a page properly written in the Travel Guide Format.
