Izzdin Shuai Joon Hreng is a Dauian professional football player who plays as a target forward for Daau Super League club Daas City FC.

Club career

Youth

Born to a full Matabese family living in Daau, Izzdin attended the Sudah Primary School during his primary days and was a core member of the school's football team, he would graduate and then be drafted for the DNTP programme but wasn't allowed by his parents. Izzdin then attended the Daas International School for secondary education. It was at DIS where he was discovered by Qixying scouts and persuaded him to join the youth academy.

Dauian-Mataba Society Soccer Club

During his final years at the Dauian-Mataba University, he signed for local amateur club Dauian-Mataba Society Soccer club for a 2 years prior to their rebranding and was mainly used as a winger. He would leave the club following the end of his studies and headed back for Daau.

Warriors SC

Shuai was announced as the Warrior's new attacking improvement ahead of the 2021-22 season. Izzdin scored his first goal for the club in his second start against Salawak Crocs to cap of a man of the match display in a 5-0 thrashing.

Daas City

As an emergency signing due to the shortage of strikers, Izzdin signed for the citizens and instantly got the starting position paired with Micha Slo Forbun due to Abudal Ntcham's heavy injury. Izzdin took the headlines as he became the first local player to net 4 goals in 1 fixture and the sole player in the history of the Daau Super League to achieve such feat no matter foreign player or local.

Izzdin won the golden boot for the 2022-23 season due to his outstanding goalscoring attempts with 22 goals in 28 appearances in the league.

International career

Izzdin was left out of the Dauian squad for the first world cup qualifying campaign due to personal issues and received his callup to the national squad for the next round of qualifiers under head coach Shahlid Shah despite the Matabese side inviting him to represent them.
