Rathwood is a bailiwick of the Sovereign Confederation. It's territory spans from the city of Cortallia-Rathwood to the northern end of the Kingsweep tributary. Cortalia-Rathwood itself lies almost entirely within the Rathwood bailiwick. More than half of the population emigrates from the rest of the confederation to work in the compufactories.
In 1712, the population was 1,924,674.
