The Trilateral Treaty on Shimmerspring was signed by representatives from Drak-Modan, Sanama and Shireroth at the Trilateral Conference on Shimmerspring in 1683. The main points agreed were as follows:
- Sanama would make an orderly withdrawal from southwestern Caverden, handing over control of the area to Shireroth. Shireroth committed to prevent the area from becoming a haven or training ground for terrorists.
- Shireroth transferred sovereignty over Shimmerspring to Sanama, for the western part, and Drak-Modan, for the eastern part, provided parties could agree to a mutually demarcated border, which they did at the conference. Shireroth also stressed that Sanama and Drak-Modan assumed all responsibilities for the people in Shimmerspring.
- Drak-Modan and Sanama confirmed that they would make no claim to any territory possessed, administered, occupied or otherwise controlled by the Guttuli Protectorate.
