The New Territories (Saxon: Neue Territorien; Sangunese: 新領, Shinryō) is lordship of Whales. It consists of the lands annexed to Whales in 1689 but belong to no other lordship. They were accordingly by decree in 1689 organized as one lordship under its Lady Li Naomiai Avon-El.

It is provisionally governed under the province of Asara Eliana.
