Islus (Elw: Эслоос, Ysloos /əˈsloːs/) is an Elwynnese bailiwick and city in Utasia (AAR), population (1680) 1,946,522, of which 45% have Babkhi has as their native language and 32% Elw. Its name is an Elw corruption of the Istvanistani sluice, as the city was erected just by the East Elwynn Sluices. It is the largest city in Utasia, the second largest in the Alalehzamini Autonomous Republic, and the fifth-largest bailiwick in Elwynn. Official languages are Elw and Babkhi.
