The Occupation of New Vaduz was an Alduro-Wechua action, commencing on 13.VII.1690 AN to take possession of the former territory of New Vaduz following the formal revocation of Craitish sovereignty over the long-standing exclave. Although negotiations on the part of Craitland, which was interested in formalising a new policy of decolonisation, on the matter of a formal transfer of sovereignty to Alduria-Wechua had stalled, the unilateral decision to withdraw had come as something of a surprise, leaving a small pocket of ungoverned territory within the borders of the State of Antisuyu that bordered on to a strategic waterway.
