Arsalani (Elw: Арсалони, Arsaloni) is an Elwynnese bailiwick in the Ardashirshahr Metropolitan Area (AAR). Population 1,444,425 (1680). Urban areas largely integrated with the rest of Ardashirshahr for most intents and purposes.

Famous for its award-winning Genocide Museum.

Named after Rashid Arsalani (1450–1544).

Babkhi and Elw are the official languages of the bailiwick.
