Gennady Lakshmann

Gennady Lakshmann was the first elected President of the State of the Commonwealth of Zeed, serving from XI.15.1727 to the end of 1746. After this, he retired with some comfort, first in the Southern Aldurian Riviera, then, in various places in Constancia. He had been seen in Petropolis, and is said to have permanent residence in Asterapolis. He remains single by choice.
Persistent allegations of corruption, by enrichment of self via state resources during his time in office, remain alleged and unproven.
