The Surenšāh were the rulers of the Neo-Babkhan Suren Confederacy, from whose dynasty the name of the confederacy ultimately derived.

Alongside the Integration of the Suren Confederacy, which took full force and effect on the birthday of the Basilinna Esmeralda in the year 1742, in accordance with Article 3 of the Third Amendment to the Magna Carta of 1667, the Surenšāh shall rank as a Prince of Constancia and become a member of the Imperial Senate effective 12 noon on the birthday on Basilinna Esmeralda in the year 1742.
