The academy is one of the two elite sports academies located in [[Floria]] and is primarily overseen by the [[Florian Football Association]] and other sport governing bodies in Floria. Only the best athletes train at the facility and the academy offers programs in football, athletics, gridiron football, baseball and basketball. Administrative oversight is provided by the [[Raspur_Pact#Permanent_Commission|Permanent Commission of the Raspur Pact]] while operational oversight, especially on performance, is provided by a committee of the [[Raspur_Pact#Raspur_Pact_Parliamentary_Assembly|Parliamentary Assembly of the Raspur Pact]].
