Treaty of Implausible Sea and Blockade Claims
The Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union, the Jingdaoese Empire, and the Kingdom of Krasnocoria hereafter the high contracting parties, determined in their goal towards prosperity through trade and friendship, agree upon the following:
1. There will be a mutual friendship and lasting peace between the high contracting parties. All parties recognize the full sovereignty and territorial integrity of the others. The parties commit themselves to resolve any differences by peaceful and non-violent means.
2. The high contracting parties continue to support the free movement of goods and services between them. Visa requirements need to be substantiated and judged by their necessity and proportionality.
3. The territorial waters of the high contracting parties shall at all times be accessible to any vessel authorized by the other high contracting parties. No vessel which is not authorized by the high contracting parties, nor any vessel aligned with any nation with which one of the high contracting parties is at war, shall be allowed to enter within a 3,000 mile-zone surrounding the coastlines of any of the high contracting parties. The navies of the high contracting parties shall routinely patrol these zones. Any unauthorized vessel found passing through these zones shall be regarded as a pirate - their crews shall be arrested and thrown into a sea of gummy bears.
