In the spirit of peace, mutual respect, and collaboration, the Confederate States of Floria and the Democratic Republic of Daau hereby enter into this diplomatic agreement to promote stability, strengthen economic ties, and ensure the peaceful coexistence and development of both nations. This agreement reflects the shared commitment to sovereignty, security, and the well-being of their citizens.

Article I: Establishment of Diplomatic Relations

1. The Confederate States of Floria (referred to as "Floria") and the Democratic Republic of Daau (referred to as "Daau") agree to formally establish and maintain diplomatic relations, which shall include regular communication and cooperation through embassies and consulates in each other’s capitals.

2. Both parties commit to peaceful diplomacy, working together in good faith to resolve any disagreements through dialogue and negotiation, with respect to each other’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

Article II: Trade and Economic Cooperation

1. The parties agree to create a framework for enhancing bilateral trade, including the reduction of tariffs and the elimination of non-tariff barriers, aimed at fostering economic growth, innovation, and prosperity in both nations.

2. Floria and Daau will facilitate the exchange of goods, services, and technologies, particularly in sectors of mutual interest such as agriculture, energy, and manufacturing.

3. Both parties agree to establish a joint economic commission that will meet annually to review trade practices, resolve disputes, and explore new opportunities for investment.

Article III: Security and Defense Cooperation

1. Both nations shall uphold the principle of non-aggression and commit to refraining from any hostile actions against each other. They recognise the importance of regional peace and stability and agree to consult each other in the event of external threats or conflicts.

2. Mutual Defense Clause: If either Floria or Daau is attacked by a foreign force, the other party agrees to provide defense and support to ensure the security and sovereignty of the nation under attack. Both parties shall take all necessary actions, including military support, to defend their sovereignty and territorial integrity.

3. Floria and Daau agree to cooperate in areas such as counterterrorism, border security, and cyber defense, sharing relevant intelligence when necessary to safeguard the security of both nations.

4. Both parties recognise the importance of strengthening their defense capabilities in a transparent manner and agree to consult on military cooperation as needed.

Article IV: Environmental Cooperation

1. The Confederate States of Floria and the Democratic Republic of Daau commit to cooperative efforts aimed at addressing shared environmental concerns, including climate change, pollution, and natural resource conservation.

2. The parties agree to exchange best practices, technologies, and expertise related to environmental sustainability, with a focus on preserving biodiversity and mitigating environmental harm in both countries.

Article V: Cultural and Educational Exchanges

1. Both nations recognise the importance of cultural understanding and the fostering of people-to-people ties. Floria and Daau agree to support and promote cultural exchanges, academic cooperation, and joint educational initiatives.

2. The parties will encourage the establishment of student exchange programs, academic research collaborations, and the hosting of cultural events to deepen mutual understanding and respect.

Article VI: Conflict Resolution Mechanism

1. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of this agreement, both parties agree to seek resolution through peaceful means, including negotiations and, if necessary, the use of third-party mediation or arbitration.

2. The parties commit to the establishment of a joint dispute resolution body to address any conflicts or issues that may arise between them during the course of this agreement.

Article VII: Duration and Termination

1. This agreement shall remain in effect for an initial period of six years from the date of signing. Upon mutual consent, it may be extended or amended.

2. Either party may terminate this agreement with a years notice, which shall be provided in writing to the other party.

Article VIII: Ratification

This agreement shall come into effect once both parties have ratified it in accordance with their respective domestic procedures.
