The Last Hope is a Vegnese post-apocalyptic drama television series created by Papu J. Papasso and Goffredo Ripamonti for TeleV. Based on the video game franchise The Last Hope, the series is set in a post-apocalyptic future where a pandemic caused by a virus is causing its hosts to transform into zombie-like creatures and destroying humanity. The first season follows Marco (Marco Columbro), a former militar escorting a test tube across a post-apocalyptic Vegno.
Guest stars include Papu J. Papasso as Luca and Giuseppe Cantorano as rebel's leader.

- Marco Columbro as Marco, a hardened middle-aged survivor and former militar who is tormented by the trauma of his past. Marco is tasked with a tube of mRNA, that could have the possibility to find a vaccine for the infection.
- Papu J. Papasso as Luca, an old friend and comrade in arms fo Marco, who offers him his help, but at the end betrayed him, solding information to capture Marco to the rebels
- Giuseppe Cantorano as the rebel's leader, whose name hasn't revealed yet in the series.

Production
