A Decree from the Basileus of Constancia, PETROS III

PETER THE THIRD by the Grace of God of the Kingdom of Constancia King, Head of the Constancian Church, Defender of the Faith, To Our trusty and well beloved the members of the Constancian Parliament in the Parliament assembled - GREETING:

WHEREAS, by and with the advice of Our Parliament, We have appointed Basil Tzimiskes as Prime Minister of the Constancian Kingdom;

COMMANDING ALSO that all powers and privileges coming with that position be vested in the hands of Our Prime Minister;

AND that the appointment takes effect on the 12th day of August in the 25th year of Our Reign;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent.

WITNESS Ourself at The Constitutional Palace the 12th day of August in the 25th year of Our Reign.
