Template documentation

This template produces an infobox for principal organs, subsidiary organs, committees, commissions, specialised agencies, and other bodies of the Micras Treaty Organization (MTO) system. Use this in preference to the generic {{Infobox Organisation}} when the body sits within the MTO framework.

The head_title and deputy_title parameters let each body customise the leadership labels (e.g. Secretary-General / Deputy Secretary-General, President / Vice-President, Director / Deputy Director). Section headers are suppressed automatically when their fields are empty.

Parameters

Each parameter is optional. Parameters left blank are not displayed; section headers with no data beneath are suppressed.

• name: Body name. Defaults to the page name.
• native_name: Name in another official MTO language, shown italicised beneath the title.
• abbreviation: Common abbreviation or acronym (e.g. MTOC, GA).
• type: Type of body (e.g. Principal organ, Subsidiary organ, Committee, Commission, Specialised agency, Court). Appears in the title band as "MTO type".
• status: Operational status (e.g. Active, Suspended, Dissolved, Inactive).
• motto: Motto of the body, if any.
• logo / logo_size / logo_alt / caption: Logo or seal image and metadata. The legacy parameter image is also accepted.

Establishment

• founding_document: Treaty, charter, or resolution that established the body.
• established: Date of establishment.
• dissolved: Date of dissolution, if applicable.
• preceded_by: Predecessor body, if any.
• succeeded_by: Successor body, if any.

Leadership

• head_title: Title of the head of the body (e.g. Secretary-General, President, Director). Defaults to Head.
• head: Current incumbent.
• deputy_title: Title of the deputy. Defaults to Deputy.
• deputy: Current deputy.
• governing_body: Body to which this organ reports (e.g. MTO General Assembly).
• key_people: Other key officers.

Operations

• headquarters: Location of the body's seat.
• area_served: Geographic or thematic remit.
• membership: Membership composition (e.g. All MTO member states, 14 elected members).
• languages: Working languages.
• staff: Number of permanent staff.
• budget: Annual budget, where disclosed.
• parent: Parent body. Defaults to the Micras Treaty Organization.
• website: Official website.
• forum: Forum board or thread.

Mandate

• mandate: Brief prose statement of the body's mandate or remit. Spans the full width of the box.
• footnotes: References shown in the box's footer.
