Taylor railway station serves the city of Taylor. It is the sixth station on the west-east route of the Mercury Main Line.
History
The station was opened in 2011 as part of the Mercury Main Line. In 2012, when the line was extended, four new platforms were built at the station.
Services
Express services between Hammond and Deacon stop at the station hourly. In addition, there are half-hourly services to and from Tow Law, and trains every 15 minutes between May and Mercury Central.
Trains run between Taylor and Nafferton every half-hour, with hourly extensions to Uplaw.
