The South Lyrica Agricultural Cooperative Union (commonly known as SLACU) is the largest agricultural cooperative organization in South Lyrica, representing over 12,000 farmers and agricultural workers across the region. Founded in 1708 AN to promote collective bargaining, sustainable farming practices, and rural economic development, the organization operates 47 local cooperatives that handle approximately 65% of the region's dairy production and 40% of its grain distribution.
