Samkul: a kul in service of Raspur. Secretary of the Micras Chovgan-Tzykanion-Polo Federation from 1687 AN to 1714 AN. Euthanised at the diagnosed onset of dementia on 13.XII.1714, this being done at the medical college of the palace. The operation being conducted for the edification and instruction of the student body, with princes of the blood in attendance.
