The Rural Sanitation Administration, created in 1704 via an Autokratorial Decree, is an agency of the Imperial State of Constancia charged to ensure basic sewerage and solid waste management in non-urban areas, communes, and other housing projects of the Ministry for Housing and Resettlement. It is under the Ministry for Reconstruction and Infrastructure, with specialists and consultants from the Ministry of Public Health.
