Relacul is the capital and second largest city in Caradia. The city, the oldest in the Duchy, is renowned for being the cultural centre of the nation, as it is the seat of power for both the Caradian Crown and also the Flemic Church. This, combined with a well-supplied industrial sector, and its location on the coast, makes Relacul an extremely important city to the Duchy.
