The Purple Bunny Federation was a micronation founded around 1999-2000 by Lord Kitchenmit. It was notable for its odd choice of name and for becoming an enemy of the Republic of Blackrock, despite being a proponent of early peace endeavors when the early Apollo Sector was effectively a constant war zone. After a debacle with Automatica in which the PBF sent peacekeepers, Blackrock took the measure as a violation of their treaty and became hostile. Although never actually going to war, the two became mortal enemies, often trying to outdo each other with propaganda. Kitchenmit eventually quit in frustration, and the PBF faded into history. The Purple Isles, located within Lac Glacei, is a cultural remnant of the PBF.
