The following are public and national holidays officially recognized by the Grand Duchy of Lac Glacei.

Public holidays

The following public holidays are mandated by the state that employers provide a paid day off. If the holiday falls on a weekend the immediate Monday after is given as a paid holiday.

1 January New Year Traditional festival welcoming in the new year.
31 October Oktoberfest Celebration of the autumn harvest
10 December Emperor Day Celebration of the life of Emperor Jacobus, founder of Lac Glacei
25 December Arkenmas Alpinist holiday revolving around Arktela, traditionally involving leaving presents for children.

National holidays

The following holidays are not mandated for paid time off but are celebrated nonetheless.

17 March Talamthom Day A celebration of the now-extinct Tomann people - usually involves lots of beer.
25 May Culture Day
10 October Indigenous Day A celebration of Lac Glacei's indigenous people, especially the Mala'anje.
