Dr. Lawrence,

We have recently completed the latest round of tests here at
the Mobius Station. The vortex was sufficiently strong enough
to cause serious damage to our high-grade bulletproof material.
We even tested it against the experimental packages of Fortis
Mk II plating you sent us; the plating held up to extended
exposure to the blast of a rocket engine, but sustained rips
and deep scratches from the vortex. We believe the technology
will be sufficiently developed soon to push into more practical
purposes.

Would you like us to go ahead to Phase II, or are we going to
pursue the side project you mentioned in your last correspondence?

Dr. Lawrence,

I assume you have read the report on the fifth test we conducted
recently, and I also assume Dr. Hammond to have already sent
correspondence. I feel I must clarify a point I raised with the
recommendation I made on the report.

Three hours after the test was completed, we detected an increase
in the number of subatomic black holes that were produced by cosmic
rays, which continued for a period of twenty-five hours, forty-six
minutes, and twelve point two six seconds.

I have concerns that these were caused by Microburst. We will be
investigating over the coming days. I would also like to note that
it could have simply been caused by the ████████████████████████
████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████
████████████████████████. They have been known to cause spatial
anomalies.

Dr. Hammond,

Thank you for the data. It will be sufficient for our purposes.
We will be taking an instance of the system for live testing.
I do not believe any more demolition testing will be necessary.

Dr. Duncan Singer has requested that we provide the directorate
with scaled-down versions of the system for testing for energy
production to supplement the fusion network.

I would like Project Microburst to continue on into Phase II, but
I believe we may have to change Phase III. This new project has
proven to be of utmost importance, and I want you to begin
intermediary research into the ████████████████. We will be
supplying ████████████████████████ for use with the █████████████.

The directorate has officially financed our newest project, and
Dr. Tah-Fel will be sending non-meteorologists to the site to assist
with the research. I have been informed we are to use the code name
"Project Zion".
