A Princely Decree from the Tower Throne at Verionskeep

On the Internal Divisions of the Imperial Dominion of Elwynn

TO name, in accordance with Princely Decree 1759-1, the Counts to be appointed to govern on behalf of the Prince, over their Counties as long as may please the Prince.

The Counties of Elwynn shall be governed by the Counts, being as follows:

• To the County of Agnesia: Nicolas Lewis;
• To the County of Araxion: Erich Baldurion Zyrion;
• To the County of Cimmeria and Illumination: His Highness Valdomir Hildebrandion Verion;
• To the County of Cape Farewell: Irpa Eliasardottra;
• To the County of Iserdia and Eliria: Stein Flint.

Given at New Eliria in the year after the death of Norton one thousand seven hundred and fifty-nine in the Hour of the Austere Armadillo.
