A Princely Decree from the Tower Throne at Verionskeep

On the Internal Divisions of the Imperial Dominion of Elwynn

FOR the purposes of fixating the boundaries of the Imperial Dominion of Elwynn, which have - by the hands of history and custom - changed and fluidified over the course of the past decades, hereby it is established that the Internal Divisions of Elwynn are thusly:

The Imperial Dominion of Elwynn is divided into five subdivisions, to be known as Counties, and shall each be governed on behalf of the Prince by a Count who shall be appointed by, and shall serve at the pleasure and dismissal of, the Prince.

These five counties are further divided into Bailiwicks, whose borders shall be those of the 1697 Elwynnese census.

The five counties of Elwynn, and their capitals, are thus:

• The County of Agnesia, with its capital Fieldburg;
• The County of Araxion, with its capital Araxion;
• The County of Cimmeria and Illumination, with its capital Wolfraven;
• The County of Cape Farewell, with its capital Caligae;
• The County of Iserdia and Eliria, with its capital Smjörkýr.

Given at New Eliria in the year after the death of Norton one thousand seven hundred and fifty-nine in the Hour of the Elephant-in-Musth.
