People's Republic of Stolichny Krlska

The People's Republic of Stolichny Krlska, of which roughly translates to Metropolitan Cerulea, is the de facto center of the USSRC. Before the revolution which united the various collectives which spread throughout the former Kingdom of Cerulea, it was the most concentrated area of ethnically Cerulean communities which had collectivized under the burgeoning Communist Party of Cerulea (which later became the All-Union Communist Party of Cerulea). Its capital is Krlsgorod, the historical capital of the Cerulean nations and people throughout history.
