The Penal Reserve Labor System Abolition Act, 1750 is an Aerlan law that abolished the Penal Reserve Labor System, a labor program that used repeat criminal offenders in the construction of infrastructure across the nation. The program had dwindled in numbers since the completion of the Great Aerlan Highway and the modernization of railroads. Critics of the program decried it as an exploitive system, since these convict laborers were paid substantially less than their non-convict counterparts.

Thomas Guthrie promised the abolition of the PRLS as one of his key promises should he win the Presidency. He would, a little over a year later, sign the act into law.
