Patti's disaster index

The Patti's disaster index is a means to assess damage in an area after a calamity, such as a storm or civil unrest.
First utilized in Constancia, where the national master franchise is owned by the ESB Group, it is a testament to the planned, built-in resilience ingrained in every Patti's location. Every Patti's is ready and able to continue service in the absence of electricity (utilizing solar panels and generators, for starters, to sustain their freezers), and their grills and kitchen utilize liquified petroleum gas. The menu will continue to be served, even if limited, and if a branch does close, redundancies built into the system ensure that it is opened as soon as possible.
