BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Cortes Federales, in this present session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

PART I
GENERAL PROVISIONS.

Article 1: Citation.

1. This Act may be cited as the "Pan-Keltian Highway Expansion Act, 1726".
   

PART II
EXPANSION OF THE PAN-KELTIAN HIGHWAY.

Article 2: Pan-Keltian Highway Expansion into New Caputia.

1. The Department of Civil Works and Transportation is hereby directed to coordinate and collaborate with the government of the Region of New Caputia and the relevant local governments to:
   1. Survey existing highways, roads, and transport infrastructure for connection to the Pan-Keltian Highway;
   2. Provide for the expansion of the Pan-Keltian Highway into New Caputia.
2. A total of NAX€ 5,160,376,000 is appropriated from the budget to finance the expansion of the Pan-Keltian Highway into the Region of New Caputia.

Article 3: Pan-Keltian Highway Expansion into Boriquén.

1. The Department of Civil Works and Transportation is hereby directed to coordinate and collaborate with the government of the Region of Boriquén and the relevant local governments to:
   1. Survey existing highways, roads, and transport infrastructure for connection to the Pan-Keltian Highway;
   2. Provide for the expansion of the Pan-Keltian Highway into Boriquén.
2. A total of NAX€ 7,160,376,000 is appropriated from the budget to finance the expansion of the Pan-Keltian Highway into the Region of Boriquén.

PART III
CLOSING PROVISIONS.

Article 4: Closing Provisions.

1. This act shall apply to all of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.
2. This act shall not become law unless it has been given Royal Assent.
3. If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the act, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
