Biography
Born Otto Gunter Heinrichsson von Eisenmann in 1672 AN to Heinrich Emil Friedrichsson von Eisenmann, Prince of Der Weißen Kiefern, Count of Eisenmann, Burgrave of Tollefichte and Amilia von Eisenwald-am-Silberstrom. The Eisenmann house descends from one of the original Chieftains which came across the Straits of Haifa, giving von Eisenmann the distinction of belonging to two of some of the oldest family lines in Ostland.
Childhood to Early Adulthood
Von Eisenmann was born strong and healthy, showing an affinity for the outdoors as young the age of three. This continued well into his teens and adulthood, often accompanying the large outdoor excursions as planned by his father or uncles. Academically he excelled but was largely uninterested in sports offered by the educational system. In his adult life he often stated that while sports are certainly excellent for physical fitness, nothing matched the physical and mental requirements of mountain climbing - a pastime he has enjoyed throughout his life.
Civil Service
von Eisenmann entered into Arbeitskorps civil service in 1690 AN, assisting in portions of the National Railway Council's maintenance and construction projects throughout Ostland. During this time he also served in reserve panzer units as part of his civil service obligations. After completion of his time in the Arbeitskorps, he chose to pursue a military career by entering into the officer's corps of the Heer.
Military Service
Wiederaufbau Era
Eisenmann is the primary initiator of the Wiederaufbau Era or Reconstruction Era, following the period of war and atrocities against Ostland known colloquially as Der Giftunheile (English: The Poison Evil/Calamity).
Death
Eisenmann died valiantly trying to protect his country from the widespread Burwood Wildfires when his chateau, Eisenwald Castle, was caught in the flames and he became trapped inside. He passed away as a result of the fire in early 1728.
