Order Consolidating Government Offices (GO 2012-02)

His Royal Majesty in Right of Gotzborg, on the recommendation of His Royal Chancellor, hereby makes the annexed order concerning the consolidation of certain Royal Government Offices.

ANNEX 'A'

Chancellery Cabinet Office

1. The Chancellery Cabinet Office is ordered dissolved and all cabinet level authority in the Royal Government shall be consolidated in the Royal Cabinet Office.

Consolidation of Certain Ministries

1. The Vice-Ministry of Communications and Information shall henceforth fall under the Vice-Ministry of Public Works portfolio and shall henceforth be known as the Communications and Information Branch.
2. The Vice-Ministry of Education and the Vice-Ministry of Culture shall henceforth be combined under one ministry, known as the Vice-Ministry of Culture and Education.

Enactment

1. These orders shall come into effective on the Tenth day of April in the year Two-Thousand-And-Twelve.
