The Oportian Chamber of Commerce (OCC) is a non-profit organization that represents the interests of businesses in Oportia. Founded in 1710 AN, shortly after the establishment of the Oportian state, the OCC has played a significant role in shaping the country's economic policies and promoting trade and investment. The current president of the OCC is Lourdes Castillo, who assumed office in 1728 AN.

The OCC's primary objectives include advocating for pro-business legislation, providing networking opportunities for its members, and offering educational resources to help businesses grow and succeed. The organization is governed by a board of directors, which is composed of prominent business leaders from various sectors of the Oportian economy.

One of the OCC's most notable initiatives is the annual Oportian Business Summit, which brings together business leaders, policymakers, and investors from across Oportia and beyond to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the global economy. The summit has been credited with fostering numerous business partnerships and attracting foreign investment to Oportia. The OCC also publishes a monthly magazine, Business Oportia, which features articles on economic trends, success stories, and policy developments affecting the business community. Additionally, the organization maintains a close working relationship with the Department of Trade and Commerce, collaborating on initiatives to streamline regulations, promote exports, and enhance Oportia's economic competitiveness.

The OCC has been instrumental in shaping Oportia's economic landscape over the past decades. In the 1720 ANs, the organization successfully lobbied for the adoption of the Oportian Economic Liberalization Act, which reduced trade barriers, privatized state-owned enterprises, and created a more favorable environment for foreign investment. More recently, the OCC has been at the forefront of efforts to promote the growth of Oportia's technology sector, launching initiatives such as the Oportian Innovation Fund, which provides seed funding for startups, and the Oportian Tech Talent Pipeline, which partners with universities to train technology professionals.

The OCC was markedly in favor of Oportia leaving the Xaiville Convention and joining the Raspur Pact during the 1729 national referendum.
