The Nobility of Highpass consists of the peerage and knights. New titles of nobility are created by the Count at his pleasure. It is common for members of families in the peerage to be addressed as Laard/Laardin (Lord/Lady), while members of the Ritterskaap are addressed as Mutt/Minge (Sir/Dame).
Ranks
The peerage is divided into four distinct titles.

Reserved for His Highness the Count of Highpass, Her Highness the Countess of Highpass, and the Dowager Countess of Highpass. |
| 'Skraap/'skraapin (Viscount/Viscountess) |
Reserved for members of the comital family. The title Viscount of Spleazure, while held by His Highness the Count, can be used by his son as a courtesy title. | |
| Fryheer/Frywiif (Freeman/Freewoman) |
Second lowest title in the peerage. | |
| Runker/Runkerin (Noble man/Noble woman) |
Lowest title in the peerage. | |
| Ritterskaap | Ritter/Ritterin (Knight/Lady) |
Knighthood awarded by either being knighted by the Count, or by being bestowed the highest rank of the Order of the Flower and Stick. Not hereditary. |
