The National Security Bureau is the federal agency responsible for anti-terrorism, domestic intelligence and counter-intelligence, and state security efforts. The NSB is responsible for national security efforts within Sanama, while the People's Intelligence Bureau operates outside Sanama. The agency is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Community. A sub-committee of the National Security Committee acts as the governing committee for the agency, and the Director General as the chief executive officer.
