The platform maintains a 99.1% uptime rate for critical services and incorporates advanced security features including multi-factor authentication and encrypted data transmission to protect sensitive financial information. My Federal Account has achieved an electronic filing rate of 89.3% for individual tax returns, significantly reducing processing times and improving taxpayer satisfaction while supporting the Federal Revenue Authority's goal of transitioning to fully digital services by 1750 AN.
